"As a touring party in the music industry, we stay in hotels on a daily basis. The help and service provided by Manager Megan Wright and her team was second to none She personally arranged parking for our tour bus to be allocated and coned off as well as being super helpful all round. Nice rooms and great staff….definitely a hotel I would recommend after 38 yrs as a Tour Manager."

"The room was not cleaned completely. There was stains on the table by the telephone. Also, we had the "Do not disturb/sleeping" tag on the door because we did not want housekeeping and it was ignored. Housekeeping still entered the room."
