The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. Check in was easy. We tried checking out this morning at 6 a.m. and the lobby was locked and no one answered the Ring doorbell. Also, the pillows were heavenly!

I have little complaints for this property. It is an old facility right off the Interstate. It also shares a parking lot with other hotels etc. we had no issues at all. It’s a bit loud because of a busy parking lot with trucks and semis. The price was great, no animals, nice staff and we were comfortable for 2 nights.

Upon arrival we had to wait for someone who spoke English. We asked for clean sheets for one of the beds, because there was hair on the sheets. The room was fairly clean, but the floor could have used more vacuuming. Breakfast was very limited. The mattresses were comfortable.

Right there off the exit. Quick check in and check out. The room seemed clean and the bed wasn’t too bad as far as hotel beds go. The only thing I would have is they could have some bananas and apples at least for their breakfast. I know you can’t expect much for as much as this room was a night, but it wasn’t bad but a little fruit would’ve been nice.

The motel is behind another motel, so I was kind of unsure when I pulled up. Everything was fine though. The area felt safe, the room was clean, and the staff was nice. The price was excellent, and I’d definitely stay again.

I arrived at 3:30 am and when I asked for the curtesy of a noon checkout I was told that they would charge $10 per hour after 11AM. I was so glad that I did not pay for an extended check out as the road noise was very high and the room was very basic (like a motel 6). The room was also very cold because the heater was completely off. I was told that they charge $10 per hour after 11am because they need to prepare the rooms for new guests. When I pointed out that they did not look like they had many guests, the reply was that they had more guests arriving the next day. Even if they were sold out the next day, which is very unlikely, how long would it take to clean 3 or 4 rooms? Because the noise from the road awakened me I went to check out the breakfast. I arrived at 9:02 am and everything was put away. A guy came out and said that the breakfast ends at 9 am, and asked if I wanted coffee. It is not a terrible place and I would probably have overlooked the stained ceilings and chipping paint in the bathroom if the Indian family running the place had been more considerate and offered an extended checkout or a snack from the breakfast that I arrived 2 minutes late for, but unfortunately, they were more concerned with making an extra $10 and saving a buck or two for a granola bar or sweet roll than they were in having a satisfied customer who would consider returning. I will not be back!

An excellent value. Room was a good size, clean, and with a firm bed. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was consistent with the inn's price. Recommended for a safe, functional room.

Checking in and all that was fine. Mostly clean and warm rooms. However their ice machine was broken so they're telling their customers to cut across the parking lot (thru the ice and snow) and get ice from the neighboring motel 6. Unfortunately the next morning my wife went to get ice and slipped and hurt her arm, hip, and shoulder. Very unprofessional. Get a giant cooler and fill it with ice and keep THAT in the lobby.

My stay at Town & Country Inn was ‘OK’. If you’re expecting 5-stars or luxury this is not it. It’s just a place to sleep overnight if you’re on road trip. The King bed was comfortable. But the bed only had 3 pillows with two guests there should be at least 4 pillows. The refrigerator was unclean, previous guests left a box of beer and other unused item inside the fridge. (See photo) The towels are thin and rough, but will get the job done I suppose. The complimentary breakfast was ok just the basics: bagels, muffin, cereal, juice, and coffee. The location was great next to a gas station to refuel, and nearby restaurants. A lot of parking and it was quiet. The hotel staff were friendly. Overall, it was a subpar experience.

Good value, comfortable.
Reasonably comfortable, though a bit drafty near the door. Comfortable bed. Could use an extra blanket to help with the draft, though the heat source is adequate. Price was excellent value. Check in was fast and effecient. Breakfast was spartan, but it is a surprise there is one all for the price. Suggest dusting the top edge of the tub surround and put door stop on bath door. Also missed seeing the Gideon Bible.
