I booked this property through Expedia. We were told that we would receive an email with codes for the building and apartment. I tried contacting Expedia with no luck. Finally found emergency contact for property and received code after an hour on inquiry. Apartment was just as pictured. Spoke with property manager on duty Monday to ask about key for amenities-not available. I would book this apartment again now that I know what to expect.

Nice Place - Poor Management

We live in the area and had unexpected construction at our house. We chose these apartments because of the proximity to our son’s school. The neighborhood and complex is safe and clean. The two separate bedrooms and baths were nice. Having a washer and dryer was great. The apartment itself had not been cleaned completely. I washed the linens in my sons room. There were two washcloths for the whole apartment. No one ever replied to messages via the hotels.com messaging. We had to call the management for the check in information, it was never emailed to us. Someone from the number I called texted me a screenshot of the information. We called (After no one replied to the messaging) about the fitness center. They said they would call back with instructions but never did. The stay helped in our situation.

Weekend Stay

I intially requested a early check in due to my husband need rest before his medical procedure. When i contacted the property, I was given the green light. However, I didnt receive the check in instructions until 2:30 pm. Upon arriving I was given instructions to an apartment, that was occupied. But, that was quickly corrected and i was issued and apology. Upon entering the apartment, I was truly impressed. It was beyond my expectations. The apartment had all the amenities and more. My only complaint, it had only two bath towels. I contacted a rep for the property. I was told housekeeping would be bringing some by. But, it never happened. Luckily, it had a washer and dryer so, I made it work. Overall, I would stay here again.

few issues were the roku tv and the remote that came from it wasnt easy to use also the water in the master bathroom needed to be adjusted as it was to cold. everything else was beutiful and well done amazing deal for the price if your looking to get away.
