Thermometer was broke in our room but maintenance fixed it within mins. Arrived for check-in a little early (3:37pm) and was charged a$15 fee per policy. Never had that type of fee at any other hotels but wasn't hanging around in the lobby for another 25mins after traveling all day. I would stay here again as the casino is just a short walk as well as the Dome at America's Center. Room was decent for the price and location.

The room had a well sized sitting area and a decent bedroom. The bathroom was what I call a "one butt bathroom." Just big enough to get the door open. The shower was decent, but it took roughly three minutes to get hot water. Then there was a fine line on the water temp being scalding hot or cold. The door also wouldnt close and open well. Location was theckey to this hotel.

I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were actually turning people around at 4 pm to go to the back of the line because their room wasn’t ready yet. Staff was friendly except when we checked out and pointed out the issues. It seemed like they knew about it but didn’t want to be bothered about it. Definitely not worth the price! I will say it was really easy and safe to get to The Dome for the concert. That is the only plus to the property. If you plan on going to the casino that is connected I wouldn’t set your hopes too high on that ether. It’s in the same disrepair as the hotel.

I was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews. This is a slightly outdated but absolutely beautiful hotel. For the price and location it was a great choice. Free parking is hard to find these days so that was a plus. There was a skywalk to the casino and 4 dining choices there. Ice cream a short walk away! Beautiful fountain in the foyer! As long as your not 5-star hotel people booking lower you should be satisfied! We had a great stay

The room was nice and the check-in staff was courteous! We used the skywalk to walk to the casino and it’s a good idea to keep from having to go outside however the skywalk and the very long hallway to the casino entrance all smelled terrible. Even inside the casino in most places smelled like sewage. I’m not sure if it was because of the renovations they have going on but I would definitely make sure it didn’t smell before booking here again, which is a bummer because I was super excited about the room with view of the Arch!

Hotel and room was nice and clean, convenient location near the dome and the arch, great barbeque place down the street. Couldn't check in until 4 unless you want to pay a fee, even for less then an hour. Casino was decent, even had a pizzeria that was still open after midnight.

This appears to be an old Embassy Suites hotel that was sold to the casino and not taken care of. The floors in the room were dirty and you could tell when you got in the shower the dirt would run off your feet. The hotel could use some upkeep. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
