I've booked and paid for two bedrooms on Expedia, at the moment my wife arrived to the hotel, the hotel said to her that only one bedroom was reserved, even we paid for two, they told my wife that she could pay for another bedroom and calling Expedia for refund, she did that, then I called Expedia, they said they would call the property, later they sent me an email saying that the hotel policy refund is clear on no refunds, and Expedia claims that the mistake was at the hotel's side because they made two bedroom reservation as I could see on the invoice, and my wife also showed the invoice to the hotel, but the hotel insisted there was only one bedroom reservation by Expedia under our name.
