"We arrived at about 6:00 to check in. Hotel was very busy and it was unclear where to park for check-in, but we figured it out. Upon entering the hotel, we went over to stand in line to check in. There was nothing to indicate where the line should form. After a while a lady yelled for everyone to move over so they could see us, causing those who had been in line for some time, to move to the back of the line. My check in person was very friendly and explained everything well. I was a bit disappointed to learn parking was across the street. There is parking attached to the hotel, but I'm not sure how that is requested or distributed. Our room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the beds were not made daily and that housekeeping did not remove trash and dishes from breakfast, but, they did bring fresh towels. The hotel is beautiful, but cleaning could be more thorough. I noticed ketchup splashed on a wall for days and the elevators were not vacuumed the entire weekend. The elevator walls also look like something had been splashed on them and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The 5:30 kickback is a nice perk with many options as well. We did not use the pool or other amenities as we had a busy weekend. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel as it is nice and comfortable. But, I would suggest that management address opportunities for improvement when it comes to housekeeping and directing arriving guests."
