Usually I don’t give bad review on the stay. This hotel experience changed my opinion. The reason I’m writing this review because I don’t want other people to go through the same experience. Hotel staff is very rude and will say no to everything. They don’t do room service if you don’t tell them well enough in advance. My basic expectation from the daily room service is making bed, taking trash out from the room, refill the supplies like coffee. You can’t expect these basic things from this hotel staff. For breakfast there were no paper plates to take the breakfast, tables were dirty, staff was not refilling the breakfast items regularly. If you’re lucky enough to get there early you will get something to eat. Overall terrible service at this hotel. If you’re planning to stay more than one night, this hotel is not for you.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and had great customer service. Any of the staff members we met in passing, or in the breakfast area were also very friendly. Our room was clean, except for the carpets. Our socks and shoes were black after just 20 minutes of being in the room. We wore shoes the remainder of our stay. Something that really bothered us, but wasn’t the hotels fault was the smell of marijuana that filled our room on the second night. Literally for hours from 10pm until almost 4am), it smelled like it was being vented directly into our room? Thankfully that was our last night staying.

This was an ok stay, I won't say to avoid it but it want a fantastic stay. The breakfast was just ok and the lady who was attending made our kids feel unwelcome. The room has a strange smell to it and we struggled a little with the AC.

Facility was run down and could use an overhaul. There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the attendee at the continental breakfast was very rude to the guests. Also ran out of food and coffee before the continental breakfast hours were over. The attendee was informed but did nothing about it. Also ran out of coffee .

The front desk attendant, Tommy, was absolutely amazing. So friendly, so nice. If we needed anything, he was in it. The room wasn’t bad- we were in the first floor and had a patio that we could use for fresh air, which we needed. The room smelled a little musty but wasn’t anything terrible. Breakfast in the morning was good and offered lots of different options. There is a Chili’s restaurant attached to the hotel so you could walk upstairs and eat there if you wanted. There is also a bar attached. The location is great because you have several dining options within walking distance and there is a Walmart, Target, TJ Max, Homegoods and Lowe’s right there also. I would definitely book here again.

Lots of stores and restaurants to choose from. The hotel seemed a bit rundown. The backdoor didn't work, parking was weird, grounds not well maintained. No outdoor seating, I was on ground floor and the carpet felt damp, I got up to find a centipede in the tub. When I arrived the place smelled like weed, maybe legal there, but I don't like it but was too tired to make a fuss. Wouldn't stay there again.

In very poor condition- wifi is abysmal and barely accommodates email. Rooms (we had two) smelled wet and unpleasant. Both bathrooms had drainage problems- sinks and tubs. Not sure how it has good ratings as we had two rooms for three days and got a good idea of what the place was like. Staff tried to be helpful but didn't seem to have enough help. Our checkin took 20 minutes as the person was away clearing a clogged drain and toilets (evident by the plunger and gear in his hands when he returned). He was quite nice but by then we had stood there a long time and there were 5 or more people behind us waiting for checking. Sheets had other people's hair in it as did the bathroom. It just isn't a welcoming place but ok for a night if you are in a pinch? Halls also smelled of weed and some sort of "air freshener" to cover it. It didn't bother me but my colleague found it bothered their sinuses. I actually preferred that smell to that of the wetness and mildew...

The beds were the worst I've ever experienced. You could feel springs popping in your back whenever you moved in the bed. Both of the queen beds in our room were like this; flat and very uncomfortable.

This is in a shopping mall right off the highway, it’s near family for me. Staff is super helpful and friendly, the cost is reasonable and the rooms are clean and comfortable

The room is very nice, clean, and comfy. However, the night staff was not very friendly or helpful. He told us that there was no hot water, but offered no solution. Next morning the water was barely running and ice cold. Manager did give points for another nights stay. Manager, Tommy was wonderful and kind about the whole thing, but no hot water should be stated before check in is completed.

Needed to extend my stay from 7 nights to 18, and the staff was very helpful & accommodating. The only irritating thing for me was the television! Finding channels & navigating to them was far from intuitive. I was told to refer to a laminated channel guide that was not in my room, staff member looked & concurred. Luckily I had my laptop & HDMI cable. My Roku stick would have been even more useful!
