"Check-in was rough. The hotel did not have our reservation from Hotels.com. After providing the reservation number, we were asked for proof that it had been paid for. The woman at the front desk was pretty rude to us during the whole process. We ended getting a 2 Queen room instead of a King room we reserved. The room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. "

"The rooms are a nice size. It is right next to the lake and has a nice patio with a fire pit. The location is great to walk to the shops in Canal Park, the boardwalk or to restaurants across the highway. The pool and hot tub were nice. The hotel is family oriented so the pool and hot tub had lots of kids. Overall we would stay again. "
