「This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. The house is big and 2 rooms with 4 beds and good for family. Outside have some kids playground and small lake. So relax and quiet place. 」

「Great location in a lovely venue surrounded by the lush green golf course. Room was fully equipped with kitchen and living areas. Only stayed a little while but enjoyed it a lot.」

「Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. 」

「Maybe my 5th or 6th visit, always delivers. Love being able to walk to the beach or shops. A fav destination」

「I like the layout in the room with the TV and the sofa sort of a lounge area. Key access was a little tricky. Overall was a good experience nice property we recommend. 」

「We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again. 」
