Fantastic stay. Everyone there was friendly, accommodating, and had great suggestions for things to do around town and great places for dinner. Couldn't of had a better time. Will highly recommend to anyone coming to Hastings.

Greatest B&B, great location.

Excellent B&B located centrally in St Leonards. Our room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The cooked breakfast was delicious & great service throughout our stay.

Service was great, and the room comfortable. The building is a bit worn out but we had a nice bathroom that seemed newly renovated. We appreciated the small touches like the little bottle of milk in the fridge for coffee. Excellent breakfast.

St Leonard-on-sea is great!

Our short stay was wonderful. Beverly and her staff were very kind, helpful and full of local knowledge of the essentials of what to do, where to go and how to get there! We loved the location and couldn’t want for better breakfasts. We hope to come back again.

We arrived a bit early, but the proprietress was on hand and allowed us to check in. The location was wonderful as it is very centrally located with easy walking to the beach, to many restaurants and green areas. Breakfast was also delicious and fresh!
