This Hotel could have easily gotten a 5 star, but due to a couple issues, was a little disappointed, but staff like Richard the entertainer and the lady at the desk in our building 10/11 lobby who corrected most of our issues made it worthwhile, a lot of flies in the indoor dining area, but the beach where this hotel is located is 5 out of 5, Prestine, no sargassums, calm waters, also management needs to monitor the guys who run the beach equipment's, sail boat and pedal boat, most times they saying it's not working, people have to go to the private sail boat and pay if they want to go sailing, but overall a good all-inclusive hotel.

There is no welcome upon arriving to the lobby. Once you get checking in, you have to go back outside to tell them your room number, so they can drive to your building. When we arrived at the room it smelled like mold, they said they were goi g to move us the next day, did not happen don’t did they offer anything. Staff was not welcoming, when checking in they say you have a credit of $300, but they break down how to spend the money. Several restaurants you have to make reservations, however when you make reservations we have to wait for 3 plus hours. If you want to eat by the pool don’t open think about eating only Diamond Club member. Tried asking for additional face clothes/ towels, never got them, in have to keep asking for them and it finally was brought. Long story short, I do NOT recommend this run down hotel.

My room had weird wet aroma and I later experienced a water leak of some sort. I woke up in the morning and nearly fell due to the puddle of water around my bed. While the situation was later remedied I was, there was no communication as to what was the issue and no one seemed to be able to provide a response.

Some Staff were abrupt to the point of rude. There was no alcohol option for room service delivery , at these prices I can’t understand that. The buffet did not have as much options as I would have liked. The reservation for specialty restaurants were a scam , opens at 10am, fully booked by 10:30. Larger groups not accommodated easily. Do better! Cause we paid an exorbitant amount to stay at this resort!!!

Staff was nice, although they were under staffed. The facility ran out of straws, food items in the specialty restaurants not avaliable. Food served was not hot.. buffet could have had more authentic food from the island.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this resort was a huge letdown from start to finish. The photos online were completely misleading — the rooms were outdated, smelled musty. The food was bland and repetitive. The “specialty restaurants” were a joke — we couldn’t get reservations for two nights straight, and when we finally did, the food was no better than the buffet. Drinks were weak and mostly sugary syrup with a splash of alcohol. Staff was hit or miss. Some were friendly, but others seemed irritated or just ignored us altogether. Overall, this was not the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. It felt like a poorly run party resort trying to pass as luxury. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing time at the resort. My only issues are the cabanas had broken tv’s no bottle service and the jacuzzis were half filled with water (the whole 4-days we were there). Also their was no access to streaming apps like Netflix

Service was just ok. Limited alcoholic beverage options. Sometimes ran out of beer at the pool bar. Dinner reservations were a real pain to make. Had a lot of restrictions that were not mentioned at the time of check in. Housekeeping was amazing. Room was always kept clean. Did not keep refrigerator stocked, would have to request beverages.

Beautiful resort and not too large, plenty of chairs whether at the beach or pool. Honestly I would consider coming here again just because it isn’t a huge resort and the grounds are beautiful . Now on to the negatives my family and I paid the extra for diamond club service and in my opinion it was not worth it. I did not expect for someone to be at my beck and call at all hours of the day for nonsense but when I’m sitting on the beach and need to constantly get up to have a drink refilled I might as well have been my own butler they checked us once during our 6 day stay. There also aren’t any perks of being part of the diamond club, other than having our own lounge. Some of the restaurant staff were just rude literally looked me In the face and rolled her eyes. But Anaya at the beach is the real MVP ! Not only did she have teach us about the island but she also made ys
