Beautiful property. Wonderful hospitality! Exceptional views! Comfortable and convenient to beaches, delicious fresh foods, the market, and all Antigua has to offer! Thank you thank you all⭐️
A contemporary space that exudes cleanliness and comfort, featuring sleek design elements and a cozy atmosphere. The environment is thoughtfully arranged, incorporating modern furnishings and soft lighting to create an inviting and relaxing experience.
The decor wasn’t the friendliest, some spots look like they’re being used as storage with the excess furniture/old things laying around the place. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room but it’s in the tropics so can’t expect otherwise, but the staff will do everything they can to make your stay just that bit more comfortable. I got upgraded because there weren’t a lot of guests and I’m very grateful for that. I spent almost no time on the property so it was perfect for me. I’d recommend to a young person just looking for a place to sleep while they adventure but not for my parents. Very quiet and safe are with a really tasty restaurant nearby.

It is a huge house on hill had many staircases to climb.
View was good up there though. Eating area had freezing frig with no control. Shower had no head; just pipe to wriggle on and off. Not too clean in its floor. Local owner was helpful as much as he could. Room a.c. good and tv fine.
Only one tiny restaurant on road to south. We drove and the roads are very rough and holes everywhere in the general area plus all the island...
It was ok for people who are used to roughing it. The owner did have drinks for sale.
The pictures online need to be updated to truly reflect the current state of the property. Highly disappointed, worse booking I've ever experienced travelling anywhere.
The water came out from the shower water brown colour for 3 seconds. There are many mosquitos. Some dust on the ground. The building is old and some places might need some maintenance or renovation.
We couldn't check in. The only person in the abandoned looking house didn't know about the booking. We were very tired and just needed a place to sleep, but this was beyond terrible. She tried to make us stay but we didn't feel safe in the place and left without even stepping into the room. I request not to be charged for this stay.
This hotel is nothing like it is offer on your site.

Great hotel for budget travellers!
If you want a five star experience you'd be better to look at the sanitised, identical hotels on Antigua that can be found anywhere in the world. However if you prefer a family run hotel that will treat you as an individual and not just another customer then La Galleria is the place for you.
It was not busy when I visited so I just chose the room I wanted when I arrived, although this might not be possible in high season.
On the day after my arrival Mr Gregory took me for a walk around the area, accompanied by his delightful children. They gave me information and advice on where to go, and booked for me when I wished to go on trips. Anything I asked for was given to me. I had breakfast included in my deal which was lovely, but self catered the rest of the time. There was an adequate fridge in my room plus a gas cooker with some cooking and eating equipment.
Most important for me as a lone female was this place is safe. I was working as well as on holiday so I had my laptop with me, plus mobile phone and I felt totally able to leave these items in the unlocked cupboard in my room. I trusted the staff completely and knew they would not be taken or touched when my room was cleaned every day. The lock on my room was totally secure.
I'd say this hotel might suit independent travellers and backpackers like myself best. The prices are reasonable on what can be a very expensive travel desination, so keep your expectations in line with this and you won't be disappointed.
The place is a HELL HOLE . DO NOT BOOK . MY CHILD STAYED FOR 2 HOURS AND DECIDED TO GET A TAXI AND SLEEP AT THE AIRPORT . WE ARRIVED AT 9PM AND BY 11PM WE COULDNT TAKE IT ANYMORE. THE CARPET IS FULL OF ANTS THE AC BROKE DOWN THE BED BUGS ATE ME ALIVE ! THE COCKROACHES FLEW ALL AROUND THE ROOM.
THE RECEPTIOM WALLS ARE FULL OF BAT EXCREMENT !
EVERY ISLANDER KNOW THIS PLACE IS A KNOWN BROTHEL IN ANTUGUA . THE OWNER AND HIS SON ATE JUST CRAZY!
THIS PLACE DOESNT NEED A REFURB IT NEEDS TO BE BURNT THE HELL DOWN
2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO REFUND !
WARNING!
WARNING !
DON NOT STAY ITS NOT A HOTEL .
THOSE ARE NOT THE PICTURES
Run down hotel,
Dirty room, lots of bed bugs, ants and spiders in the room,
As usual, you get what you pay for

J'ai aimé la chambre qui était relativement spacieuse et équipée (bureau, coin cuisine, salle de bain). Il faudrait améliorer l'état de l'espace d'accueil des clients et revoir l'insonorisation de certaines chambres.

The view is excellent and the food was great. Staff was satisfactory but its a compromise with regards to cost verses condition. Overall its worth it.
Cet établissement devrait être rénové et améliorer

I like he peace and quiet and the view was great. Mr Gregory was very helpful.
The place however needs a face lift.
It's affordable! I would reccommend staying in one of the rooms with a King Bed! It has more space, a view, kitchen area and less or hardly any infestation.

We had one night stayed at there, really nice location and has big rooms on the other hand room was not clean. everywhere has bug winds. Disappointing...
After checking discover that the room was not as advertised. It was run down and the surroundings was unsanitary. When I spoke to the person in charged he clams that for the price he is offering the condition of the rooms is adequate. He also went on to mention that he was approached to fix up the hotel but refused because he would have to carry up his price and he is comfortable the way it is. I checked out a few hours after and never got back a refund of may money.
I am very surprise that Expedia have such a hotel on it's website and I hope that you look into this kinda ripoff coming from hotels claiming to be what they are not.
Very disappointed.
A szkoda!
