「Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.」

「This visit was the second time I have been here. I have a small dog and the first room was so much more convenient to access outside doggy area. This time around, they decided to do a complete opposite and I ended up on 4th floor . If you’re booking a room with a dog, I would just be aware of that. The second thing is this time around. I had a walk-in shower instead of a bath tub. The knob for the hot water control was very confusing and at first, I thought it wasn’t working. They were really...

「My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth.」

「Parking was easy but on the street, not particularly secure, and expensive - $35/day. I didn’t check that before I made the reservation - much to my dismay. I never met any staff but they were very responsive. The coffee/rec area was very nice. The rooms were very tasteful, clean, and comfortable. Great location. 」

「The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only two issues I had were minor. The dryer in the guess laundry room was horribly loud and the pool was a little on the chilly side.」
