「Not bad」

「The staff were not customer focused and were unable to refund the over booking I had. They were unable to help to issue me a credit and I left with the hotel owning me one nights credit.」

「Cozy Inn in an amazing Cornish harbour location. Loved every minute sitting on the windowsill and watching the ongoings outside. Lovely cooked breakfast and traditional pub downstairs. Will come again!」

「Property was lively and old. Staff were amazing. Food excellent . Would prefer a room with on suite but everything was very clean. Friday night music amazing . Would go back. Thankyou to all x」
