The place was perfect for our family of 5. Having a private pool was really nice, the AC worked great, a short walk down to a small beach. Plenty of restaurants close by, a food market 5 minutes away, 10 minutes from the main town and really nice beaches. The very friendly staff greeted us and helped get us situated. Washer did not work, but they had a free wash and fold service. Great view of the ocean and landscape.

If you like hidden gems this is definitely the place for you. Sharon and her team ensured I was comfortable. I got great info before my arrival especially because it was a holiday. Breakfast was great and the entire experience was wonderful.

Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful.

I stayed in the honeymoon villa. It was so nice having my own private pool. It is a great location to have peace and quiet but also just 10 minutes or less in the car to be at the main beach, restaurants and bars. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe here. Wonderful stay in the 3BD/3Ba poolside villa. HUGE rooms with ample space and unlimited seating options. The grounds and property were beautiful and garden-like. The pools were well maintained and refreshing. The rooftop pool was especially a treat after a long beach day, and has a really beautiful view. The owner Sharon was very friendly and communicative. The groundskeeper was also very pleasant and helpful. We loved the area we chose to stay in and with our car rental it was very conveniently located to our most visited areas. Without a car it would not be possible to walk for any dining/groceries as it is deep in from the main road and extremely hilly, so we were very glad to have rented. The nearby beaches of Grande Anse and BBC were phenomenal, and Sharon provides ample beach/pool towels in the room which is helpful. I would definitely return to the property and look forward to seeing it with all the finishing touches. Some work was not yet completed (unpaved driveway, pool bar/kitchen not open) but it did not disrupt or affect our stay. Reef View Villas was a lovely unique slice of solitude with fun architecture and everything we needed while on holiday as a family.

Such an amazing vibe, felt super connected to the island. Remember you’re super close with nature so there will be some bugs but honestly worth the stay

First thing I must say is that Sharon is one of the best hosts we've ever had. MORE than responsive to our questions and needs. Any issues we had with the villa we rented she was on top of. That said, here's what we encountered (as 3 couples): Pros: Location couldn't be faulted as the views from the main and top floors were fantastic. Private pool plus 2 extra open-use pools. Short walks to Secret Harbour, Prickly Bay, and a small beach at the bottom of resort. A number of very good places to eat within walking distance (including the West Indies Brewing Company and a well stocked mini market). Very good housekeeping services. Close to the airport and St George. Easy to find for tour operators. Very good WiFi. Cons: If you're not fond of walking steep hills consider renting a car as there are 2 that need climbing to get to said amenities. Cramped kitchen area. No AC or toilet on the main floor (had to go downstairs to the bedrooms). Spiral staircases ONLY although you can get into the villa via back doors. Outdoor grill that NEEDS to be replaced.

The owner Sharon, was very helpful in showing us around and assisting us with getting a taxi. Room was perfect for our short stay. Loved the style of the hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the ability to cook our own meals and have a full kitchen accessible to us.

Wonderful stay!

We have had a wonderful stay at Reef View! We spent 3 nights in the Turtle Back pavilion upon arrival and then in a beautiful room later in our trip. Both were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess Sharon is super friendly and very helpful as she had great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. We would definitely recommend staying there and will do so again!
