"The hostess's were charming, caring and genuinely interested in the quality of our stay. The room was bright, spacious and had the most amazing view. Attention to detail was not spared - from little touches of water and a good night chocolate on our bedside tables, to filter coffee (not just sachets) provided, beach towels available and lots of vanity touches. "Breakfast and service was good. However, I was double-charged since Expedia charged my card for all 3 rooms, and then Gina at reception said that only 1 room was paid for. So, we had to pay for the remaining 2 rooms all over again!!! Their credit card machine wasn't working. Therefore, had to pay in cash."
