"Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone. With a front and back balcony for relaxing, everyone had a place to unwind from the day's events. The apartment was well equipped for our stay. Everything was clean and very well maintained. "The location is optimal and the view from the room was great. However the room was completely outdated and in disrepair. The bathroom door didnt latch, the towel holder in the shower was busted as well. I had to fix the toilet flusher several times. The furniture in the room was old and stained as well as the sheets that were placed on the bed all though they were clean. The front office staff was very kind but the kitchen food is sub-par. Don't get the breakfast sausage it's hotdogs... they were also constantly out of items on their menu."
