I “reserved” a room and was supposed to pay at the hotel. Because of medical reasons I was unable to stay at the hotel. I was not aware that I had to cancel if I could stay there because I had just “reserved” not BOOKED. When I got home I was reviewing my bank account and noticed that your hotel changed me $191.00. I called and was told I would only be refunded $100 for one night because I didn’t cancel which I was not made aware that I had to do. I received an email from your hotel after I reserved the room and even in the letter it said NOTHING about canceling if I couldn’t come. I’d be happy to give you a copy of the email if you’d like. I want ALL of my money back since I didn’t even stay with you and was NOT made aware of your policy. When I RESERVED(not booked) the room I was not aware that I would be charged if I didn’t come. Since that is your policy why was I not called or emailed when I didn’t show up for the first night? It definitely doesn’t seem like an honest customer service company to me!!
