One of the Magnificent Seven historical buildings around the Queen's Park Savannah in Port-of-Spain in Trinidad. Now fully refurbished it was earmarked to be a hotel for visiting Diplomats etc to the Govt of Trinidad and Tobago.
The building, which is home to one of the top colleges in Trinidad and Tobago, Queen's Royal College or known locally as QRC, was opened in 1904. One of the most striking of the Magnificent Seven the main block was fully restored in 2009 and features a clock tower with a clock that chimes. I got to give credit to the outstanding staff the bartenders Kyle, Nishri, and Gregory took good care of me during my stay. The young lady in housekeeping that serviced my room 1927 was exceptionally kind and courteous.
