「Front desk staff was not helpful. We attempted to check in for a two-night/two-room stay. She looked at her computer screen, told me we only had one room booked (Which was incorrect), then told us the hotel was completely "sold out" for the night. When asked for a refund or cancelation, she refused. I will be taking this up with upper management/ownership. This is horrible and I do NOT recommend anyone wasting their time or money on this establishment. .」

「Our room was very musty and damp, and even smelled musty. Otherwise the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.」

「We booked in a pinch when our reserved hotel suddenly closed. It really was fine. It was clean and convenient. Got a great rate. Close to downtown St Charles and the casino.」

「There was an old piece of pizza on cardboard left in my refrigerator when I checked into the room. On the 2nd day, the housekeeping staff left a bag of trash in my room. In all honesty,. I wish I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn in St. Peters, which is an excellent hotel. I made the mistake of stating St. Charles to Expedia.」
