Perfect location right in the heart of the historic district in St. Aug. with everything you need in walking distance. The the check-in & valet parking when you arrive was a breeze. Room was clean and the only thing I'd add is that it is right on the main road so it can be loud at times if you're a light sleeper but we did not mind.

The hotel has the perfect location with excellent restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. There is a party vibe that draws you into the local culture. The main problem for my wife and I was the noisy A/C that turned off or on every few minutes in our room 220. Otherwise great location, attentive staff, and nice room. Though not a problem for us, valet only parking was US$40.00 per day.

Everything was fine until the middle of the night when hundreds of bugs came out of the drain and went all over the bathroom. In the morning they were slow to come and clean it up. They said they could not give us any price break because we booked it through Expedia and not them.

The location of the property is what makes this hotel good. The staff were all excellent and meet all our requests with aplomb. The room was slightly worn but very serviceable. If returning to St Augustine we would stay here again.
