「No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. 「I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...

「The pull out couch mattress was flat and disgustingly dirty. Staff did put a new mattress on top after a lot of discussion. My sister’s room would not lock and she had to move her things into my room every time we left. The outer door to the hotel also did not lock, so anyone could enter the hotel at any time. The “breakfast” was a choice of 2 cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, &/or a banana. With cheap, wrapped “pastries” on the side. Coffee (which ran out), juice or milk (which also ran out)....

「Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.」
