This is a self-service, all automated check-in/check-out process. No staff, no human contact on premises. Very good location, walking distance to restaurants, mall, city center, tourist attractions, and public transportation. Very clean and comfortable room. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area.

Enter Backpack Hotel
So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling. City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer ...
