"Sketchy area. My feet were dirty after walking from bathroom to the bed. No shampoo is provided, just a little bar of soap.
I accidentally left my $120 pillow cube pillow on the bed. And called the same day. Nobody had any clue about it. Just wanted to get me off the phone. I asked if the could take my number down incase they found it. They took down my number and never recieved a call. They could have asked the housekeeper. I call a week later and a more helpful gentleman looked in lost and found and didn’t see it. It’s a rectangle. It doesn’t look like any other pillow. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. "

"I am still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com! Never stay here! My room was flooded, it took me over 10 minutes to get the front desk to answer either the room phone or my cell phone. Once it did happen, it was like I was the one that made the Flood. The plumber that showed up to fix it had the biggest attitude and I had nothing to do with the Flood. When I questioned his attitude with the front desk, all hail broke loose. I ended up not staying there, even though they offered another room. And, as of this moment, I still had to pay for my room that I never got to sleep in! So, Hotels.com, if you could, please reach out to me I would appreciate it"
