「Le Chamois was a rather nice place to stay at. We got upgraded to a better view, and it was incredibly convenient in terms of the area. It was close to the ski lifts and the village. The only unpleasant experience was that they made a mistake in booking the lift tickets and snowboarding courses for us and we’ve got triple-charged! We had to contract them for refund and it took more than a week to show the refund item in the credit card statement. And due to the different exchange rates in...

「Our fireplace didn’t work and we reported it. It was fixed quickly the next day. The fireplace had not been turned on yet. The baseboard heater in the bedroom and the bathroom do not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling so doesn’t work very well. The unit really needs an upgrade. Cupboards and bathroom are really dated. The location is perfect but for the price, we would not book this unit again.」

「This was a perfect base for our stay in Whistler as it was outside the noisier tourist areas but only a ten minute, fantastic, walk to the town centre and all it had to offer, while still being on the edge of nature. It was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. For a skier in the winter: couldn’t ask for a better location as it is a one minute walk to the lifts. We wouldn’t hesitate staying in this property again!」

「The check in online was the first time I ever did this. As for checking into the hotel/room this was extremely frustrating & confusing. As there wasn't anyone onsite to help me find my room. As it was on the backside of the property. So, I had to walk the hole property to find it. This was very difficult.」

「Property was very near all the amenities and restaurants which was very great for a person who visited first time」

「Stayed here for two nights, whole apartment was so clean and has a vibe. Kitchen was fully equipped, Loved their private tub as well. All amenities are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place.」
