「I accidentally booked two different Wyndham hotels for the same night, Cedar Rapids IA and Quincy IL. The management at the Cedar Rapids hotel refused to give me a refund. So I needlessly spent twice as much for one of my nights on my trip. The stay in Quincy was pretty good, but the management in Cedar Rapids is abysmal. I will no longer stay at Wyndham Hotels if they are unwilling to remedy an acknowledged customer error.」

「I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. 「This motel is tucked away and a bit hard to find down what looks like an alley. It is in a good location with a number of places to eat and shop close by. My room wasn't serviced even once during my stay; they kept coming at 9:00 a.m., and I wasn't out of the room yet. It wasn't too bad.
