"The room was clean Staff was nice. Parking was good. Breakfast was not so good. Coffee was cold. There were no bagels. the sausage did not look good but otherwise for this type of breakfast it was ok"

"From my arrival, I was met with kindness and efficiency. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated. When I got to my room on floor 7, everything was tidy and well appointed. I had ample linens and toiletries. Within five minutes, the front desk called inquiring if my room was adequate. I appreciated that next level of hospitality. I had a small issue with a floor lamp not working and that was replaced within minutes. I stayed Wednesday through Saturday and each morning our lite breakfast was good and the breakfast room clean and stocked. I appreciated the variety of teas available and I also appreciated the communication in advance that breakfast would be lighter as they transitioned to a Trademark property. Regardless, we were pleased and fed. Parking was ample and free. I felt safe during my visit. I will admit that I read the varying reviews prior to arrival, some of which were concerning. Still, with a very good rate and convenience to my friend’s home (I was in town for a funeral), I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. I honestly do not understand some of the other poor reviews. I am picky and I found my stay to be lovely. "

"Stayed for night due to weather staffw as very nice and friendly. Lobby and public spaces clean. Room was clean enough but some wall paper and general small maint needed if getting picky! Was pleasant stay and room!"
