"The room was good but the outside and the elevator smells. The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like that job I bet"

"My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more."

"The breakfast is served from 6-9, but when I went down around 7:45, almost all the food was gone with no plan to replenish. There is no water available aside from tap water or bottled water that you must purchase for $1, cash only. In my room, the remote was missing, so I had to control the TV with only the on-unit buttons (not the end of the world, but an inconvenience nonetheless). The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, but it was far from a smooth or relaxing experience. A budget hotel can still be consistent and hospitable in their amenities, imo."

"The room was horrible. The staff was great at least the one person that I met there that was great. Her name was Lisa besides that the rooms are trash. None of the pictures on his website. Will do it any justice at all you must know that this property is nothing like the photos that you see here on the website. If you were booking here it need to be a last-minute booking if the price is as low as you need it for two second stop over other than that the toilet didn’t work. The floor was disgusting. The bed was disgusting. There has no there’s nothing in regards to the pictures that are shown on the website that are true. This is a motel, not a hotel be very mindful."
