「Our room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool is in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. Unless you are ok with super cheap shampoo and conditioner pack your own. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vending machines need more selection.」

「Property fairly new & nice ! Only concern I have is the in depth cleaning that’s going unattended. This will make property go downward fast. Example in room area of ours walls were heavy on dirty( a small wipe with towel would do). Hopefully the cleaning crew gets better to keep this property nice as long as possible.」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「It took 10 minutes to get hot water. I showered in lukewarm water several times Staff was wonderful and bartender, Kevin Kraft was very good and personable.」
