「It was a great place to take the grandkids for a few days. The weather wasn't cooperating, but the amount of games in the house was a saving grace!!! The pool at the Recreation center was great and the kiddos had a ball! The reason I gave it a 4 is Abbey Springs did not have our reservation and It took over an hour to check in Also we could not get the heat to work and whenever we called Grand Welcome we were put on hold without a call back.」

「Awesome trip. Downtown lake geneva is close and there are other activities to do outside Timberridgr waterpark. But the waterpark itself has a lot of things to do already especially for those who have kids. I liked how our hotel room is like a mini house, its got kitchen with aplliances (plates, cups, utensils etc) and dining table. We were on the first floor so we really enjoyed out outdoor patio that is very close to the outdoor pool. We are definitely coming back.」
