「Great hospitality and theater」

「It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.」

「The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod.」

「The staff was just incredibly nice. The only thing I would suggest is a way to tip housekeepers electronically. No one carries cash anymore and a lot of hotels offer this option.」

The grounds were clean could’ve used a mortals in the room we pulled in late so it was difficult to try to track some down but again not super big issue and the bed was decent a little hard but for a hotel but it’s good. Overall great experience, especially with the being clean and modern if we’re in the area, we’ll definitely stay there again.」

「I had the room in the rear of the building. I guess that since I paid the Expedia price, this was the “budget” room? I had the room with a stain underneath the mattress… not sure if that’s a drink or human fluid of some kind. The room smelled terrible… it smelled really bad. I was so tired from long distance driving that I did not want to bother. I had high expectations based on the reviews but I am not at all impressed.」

「The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.」

「The room was fine. The carpet could use a good cleaning but it was not that bad. I was overly critical because the dog had accidents several places in the office area where we had to wait to register. I was comfortable in the room, but the complementary breakfast… expired breakfast bars (both of them), hard stale bread for toast, oatmeal packets that I did not touch, and a juice dispenser with no juice. Overall the room was clean and I had no problem staying there, but the rest of the experience...

「Was a very accommodative , especially Alan when talking to him about my husband who had a stroke and my father in law who is 88yrs old, I needed something easy access for them on the first floor and rooms close together . He came through amazingly. It truly made out trip to Tennessee from Florida to spend fathers day with three generations of Dads the most memorable time with our son and family!!! Thank you again I will recommend your establishment to anyone :)」
