"Really enjoyed the breakfast. Changing the hot food choices more often would be nice. Exercise room was nice. Larger than usual."

"Parking was easy. The elevator was not working so were upgraded to a suite because we needed ro carry our luggage up one flight of stairs."

"Zero kitchen supplies, no house keeping, service fee for fresh linens, no shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer, had to take out my own trash, door didn't lock, downstairs guest knocked on my door complaining about noise....it was 6pm. Need I say more?"

"Nothing was a deal breaker, but there were just too many things wrong. Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work, elevator had the smokey motor scent, TV service was constantly offline displaying "scramble channels or weak signal", hallway carpet smelled, room had the musky odor until I opened the window and turn on the fan for an hour, and mattress seemed old and way too soft. Like the room layout and clean washroom."

"We never got to stay. They moved us to Best Western. They had emailed in expedia account but we didnt see it until after arrival. We were not happy and really messed up our evening plans. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The only complaint I have is updating the rooms with more outlets to plug in all the technology most people travel with. My wife and I had cellphones and work laptops but the room did not have enough plugs for charging while we worked. The rooms were clean and casino restaurants were only a short walk across the parking lot. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon."
