「The hotel was undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed prior to arrival. My room was already renovated but there was no refrigerator as advertised. Parking was limited due to construction trailers 」

Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...

「Staff was great. Trouble with keys. After we checked in the keys worked, but we left for a family event and when we returned, the keys didn’t work. We had to go down from the fourth floor two times until we finally got one that let us get back into our room. Another lodger told me he had to the same problem and it took him two trips down too to get keys that worked. May have been a glitch in their system.」

「For a very busy time of year with high school graduation going on the front desk staff we're always nice and talkative. Unfortunately the hot tub/Jacuzzi was out of service while I was there but everything else made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you! 」

「Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was renovated and clean. Hotel deceiving from outside. There is a restaurant attached to hotel but were only serving burgers during our stay. Found a great Italian restaurant close by - Vic’s. Only negative was the strong smell of deodorizer (perfume-like) in the room. 」
