"The location of the property was really great - we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel but that was really the only downside. The room was very spacious and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. "

I got my notification about check-in at 19:55, after hotels.com had worked for an hour and a half first to get through to the place (unsuccessfully), then to find me somewhere else to stay.
