Lati positivi: ottima colazione!!! personale super gentile, professionale e disponibile,letto comodo. benzinaio appena esci dall'albergo, parcheggio gratuito, buona la posizione. Lati negativi: tutta la struttura è vetusta e un pò fatiscente, vista orribile ma d'altronde si affaccia proprio su Via Flaminia. La Camera: Grandezza della camera giusta ne grande ne piccola, tavoletta del water ingiallita, le cromature del bagno piene di calcare, anche se il bagno era ben pulito si aveva una sensazione di sporco, moquette consumata, macchiata insomma da cambiare anche molto polverosa agli angoli, armadio capiente ma anch'esso rovinato e cigolante, il letto è comodo e la camera è calda. Sicuramente ottimo prezzo in questo periodo. Ambiente accogliente ma tanto tanto da svecchiare.

Tranquillo, pulito. Ottimo per studio, il bar ristorante al piano terra mi ha evitato di perdere tempo cercando cibo in città così ho potuto sfruttare al meglio il mio tempo. Le stanze sono un po’ vecchie andrebbero riviste quel verde poi sta davvero male l’armadio mi ricorda quello del film monsters & co.

Great recently refurbished place!

We spent a weekend with my wife. We go to Spoleto quite often, but this was our first time in this hotel. The hotel is a bit further away from the historical center, but not too much. It is like 20 minutes walking. In addition, it is closer to the Spoleto-Norcia route for those who like to hike and bike. The hotel has been recently refurbished, so it looks very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We'll definitively come back!
