I wasn't comfortable being in the shower because the ground didn't look clean with dirt having built up in the dotted texture over a long time. We appreciated the staff, the food however is basically microwave food. Don't anticipate a good meal here.

The beds were very comfortable. The lamp in the room was broken and the TV was very small. The pool is across the road and the hot tub was broken. The staff was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was the cheapest and worst I have ever seen at a hotel.

Pool isn't in the same building, have to go next door to access pool. The free breakfast was one of the worst free breakfast I've experienced yet. Room next door was super noisy and fighting all hours of the night, yelling, screaming banging stuff around the first night. The second night of our stay was the same problem with the same room, around 3am I finally heard staff addressing that there was an issue and about 3:30am the cops were there making them leave.

I have stayed here before. My biggest complaint this time was the pillows on our beds were so lumpy. Been washed to many times. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had children above us up at 5 am bouncing around in their room. Room was really clean, like always, staff are always friendly. Thank you

People coming & going were very inconsiderate, talking loudly & letting doors slam. Rude! People running the hotel are professional & polite. This is a place to stay when needing to catch a red-eye flight out of Spokane.

Doesn’t look at all like the pictures, you heard everything from your neighbors on either side, the floor above and the hallway. At 6:30am the person in the next room was talking and we could hear every word. The beds are so stiff. The tv didn’t work. The only nice thing about this place was the lady who worked the front desk overnight when we checked in.

The last night we stayed, it was like a wild herd of jr highschoolers came in and took over. Loud all night The breakfast was also really sad. Thats the only reason for the 2 rating.. the noise and bad breakfast.. otherwise staff was all nice!

This is my go to place to stay when i need a hotel in the area. There has definitely been some updating done since my last stay, which is nice. However, the rooms, at least the one i was in could still use a few minor updates.

Room still had stuff on the countertops dried coffee on the TV stand food around the edges the room the room smelled like musky mildew had to turn off the heater and open the window to get fresh air because nobody could breathe while they were sleeping we woke up gasping for air and our noses were so stuffed my face broke out with a rash

Neighbor was loud after 9pm, but after pouring in the wall they quieted down. With the snow and no carpet in the room, the floor is wet all over. Maybe put a small carpet someplace for shoes to dry out. Heater is god but is having to be manually turned on and off, no set temp available. Over all good place though.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out you could smell pot in the hall way on the second floor. I woke up to it periodically and when we left it was way stronger. I honestly felt like I was leaving high. Not what I wanted myself and daughter to feel as we stayed somewhere.
