The staff was able to correct Expedia mistakes even after talking to Expedia and Expedia made another mistake the staff took the extra effort to make sure I was taken care of and all Expedia did was charge me extra for the inconvenience

I called as I left an expensive neck pillow there and they said they couldn't find it. One of the housekeepers had to have seen it. Disappointing

I was disappointed because I was expecting the swimming pool. when we arrived I looked at the swimming pool and it wasn’t available. When we ask the receptionist she told us that it was under maintenance. They should’ve mentioned that to me when I make the reservation so that way I can look somewhere else.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not working and we weren’t notified before our arrival. The indoor pool was the only reason we had chosen this place.

I chose this hotel because it had truck parking. I am towing a U-Haul and really need an easy place to park! The property is well maintained and the staff excellent. Our room is spacious and comfortable, a very welcome place to spend the night.

It’s a decent place to stay. The room we had was spacious but I don’t know if it was the pillows or the bed because those were two nights of terrible sleep.

I came here for work, but the “hi-speed” internet wasn’t working. I ended up staying somewhere else after the first night. The three nights weren’t refundable because I booked through Expedia and not the hotel directly. If you need internet, you might consider another hotel. Or book directly through the hotel.

The woman at the front desk..I could go on and on about how pleasant she was and accommodating she was. Honestly the best service I’ve received to date. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the location was perfect for what we were there for. Our second time staying there and we will be back.

Check in was a breeze, great location right across from Chick-Fil-A! However, entering my room there was an extremely strong odor. I called the front desk and she came up to check, she said they are completely booked so she couldn’t offer me a new room. She did offer some room spray but it didn’t help.
