"This was a pretty rough stay. The parking is an obvious mess with it being downtown but the hotel offered their parking at the cost of $10, 2 blocks away. We luckily found free street parking that was out front. We got to the room pretty late, the room is very clean no complaints there, but the AC did not work. We had to sleep at 75 degree through the entire night, aka, we did not sleep well. We did call to ask about it and they did offer us to switch rooms, but it was already very late and we were completely unpacked already. I just feel like housekeeping should keep an eye on that and make sure it's working before the guests arrive. The bathroom door would not shut as well. The entire place was also pretty creepy looking but I do understand that's the aesthetic. Still creepy. "

"The bed was horrible, needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Pretty disappointed as the staff and amenities were great. A bed that feels old will not get return business from me, nothig beats a good nights sleep. Sorry Spokane Club, but you guys need to do better in this department. Get some decent beds! "

"The bar has a good menu with a great selection of alcohol, beer and wine. The bartenders make a great martini! The coffee bar that is also very good. They have Starbucks coffee and fresh pasties made by the hotel kitchen. Our favorite is the breakfast burrito. Our room was clean, but service was spotty and in the end we had to request maid service after 3 nights."
