"We arrived at the hotel and everything looked fine at first—until we entered our room. Instead of proper beds, we found a broken air mattress and a small bent metal folding bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working either. The owner insisted that this room was an “upgrade.” After we complained, he moved us to another room, but that one didn’t even have a private bathroom or shower, which was not what we had booked. "1 nuit dans cet hébergement était ok. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l'endroit et comprendre comment fonctonnait le stationnement. Pas évident de monter ses grosses valises à travers des escaliers encombrés. La chambre était propre mais assez petite et pas d'endroit pour déposer les valises. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Personnel attentionné. Décoration surchargée (bon niveau)."

"the hotel is in a quiet part of lake bled, and not in the center; which I liked, and it's closer to getting to the best views of the iconic island/church and situated between the 2 beaches. Parking was free, and enough spaces were available. Everything is clean, and hallways mopped regularly. Staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations and even helped with our suggesting routes and places for our next days trip through Vrsic Pass. I would definitely recommend"

"Amazing hotel, staff emasculate - especially the women on the front desk who I unfortunately have forgotten her name. We had a fabulous first experience in Bled, and the hotel looked after ask with a fantastic room with double balcony. We couldn’t have had a better stay and will almost certainly return. Thank you"

"Very nice and cozy place. Wonderful breakfast and great hiking nearby. For a family of 4, the room was a bit crammed, but beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We weee there the last week in June and the room doesn’t have AC or a fan. One night was particularly warm even with the windows open. But the beauty of this place was spectacular!."

"I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE. We walked around the hotel...
