"This is a great hotel location and beautiful property. The view from our room window was gorgeous. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the check in. It’s really missing the mark on a warm welcome and professional service. The check in was awkward and long for no apparent reason. We actually felt like we were putting the person out for having to check us in. Our stay was good overall and we would stay again."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, which made unpacking easy — though with limited drawer space, a few more hooks or a small luggage rack would help keep things organized. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. A small suggestion: an additional mat outside the door (not just inside) would be a nice touch for keeping the room clean. Special thanks to Mike, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — his helpfulness really stood out and made the stay even better. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and excellent service. We'd happily return!"
