”Hotellet” hade råkat trippelboka vårt rum.
Det rummet vi hade bokat, med kök, fanns inte tillgänglig då det var dubbelbokat. Samt att rummet vi skulle få istället saknade nyckel. Vi fick en tillgänglig sovplats till dagen efter då vi fick nyckel till vårt rum, som sakar kök. Två dagar innan vi skulle checka ut försökte de slänga ut oss då de även hade dubbelbokat det rummet vi fick istället. Efter mycket bråk med ägaren fick vi stanna kvar hela veckan vi hade bokat. Men ingen kompensation what so ever efter alla problem. Som tur var hjälpte hotels.com i Sverige oss med kompensation!
