Room was fine. Well located in the Old Town section of Split. No check in or check out information was provided. We got to the property and had to call to find out about how to get into the room. Several other guests arrived after us with the same problem, so we gave them the phone number to call.

You cannot beat the location. It is as close as it gets to the old city. Downside is that it is 2 flights of stairs up and there’s no elevator in the building. The room itself was well maintained. Difficult to reach staff - I attempted to reach out to staff via Expedia message and they were not responsive, had to call Expedia helpline. Once I got a hold of them, things fell into place. Would definitely stay there again if I go back.

We stayed a week & they only changed are beds once. Towels replaced twice after asking twice. We had to ask if they could empty our garbage ( only did it once). But it was an excellent location, rooms were good & beds were excellent.

The location and rooms were excellent. However, we stayed for a week and only got clean towels one day and no housekeeping. That could be improved on a lot. The housekeeping came one day after we requested it but didn't clean anything, just put on new sheets and towels but didn't clean anything or even sweep the floor.

Great location and room but the customer service lacked. We tried reaching out to the property via messaging, email, and phone to let them know we would be arriving late on our check in date but never got a response. Thankfully Expedia customer service was able to get in contact with the property for us. This location also does not include breakfast despite it saying the “property’s breakfast is served in the annex building, located 150 meters away”. Overall we had a great stay despite these hiccups.

Convenient location. Walking distance to main tourist points. Guest is spacious, clean with full facilities. Easy check-in and check-out process. Only drawback is the need to climb flight of stairs to access guest rooms on 2/F of the building.

The room was very nice and a great rate. Its location was great. The outside doesn't look like much, but being so centrally located was the way to go. The only drawback would be carrying your luggage upstairs. I would absolutely stay again.

The contact free checkin was cool, the location for activity in old town Split was very convenient, and the room was comfortable. Only downside is parking near old town.
