Our room was excellent and the location is perfect for getting to the old town. There is also a grocery store steps away for your convenience. Breakfast was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Split

All the staff were super nice and helpful. Marino, went above and beyond to help me settle in the city and the apartment. Vedrana was very nice too. The days that I had earlier excursions, they prepared my breakfast to go. Chef in the kitchen was lovely and made scrambled eggs for me. Rooms were modern and clean, with everything you needed.

Lovely staff who were always happy to help. Room was very small, but was recommended to choose a non-balcony room next time as these are much larger. Breakfast was fantastic!

I highly recommend staying at Skaline Luxury. The staff were exceptional from the time we arrived to our checkout. The breakfasts were just what we were looking for & they accommodated my daughter's GF diet. The staff where always available to assist & help, which I truly appreciated. The rooms & whole building was spotless.

An amazing group of people to help us. The room is modern, but is small for "luxury". The people were fantastic. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but it was safe and walkable. Nor luxurious, but adequate.

They say you should never judge a book by its cover and that is certainly the case here. From the look of the place from outside I thought that I had made a terrible mistake but it turned out to be one of our best stays in Croatia and in general! The rooms are clean and comfortable with soft comfortable beds,fluffy pillows and cozy comforters. They provide cozy bathrobes and the softest bathtowels I have yet to experience here in Croatia and the Balkans in general. Bathroom is wonderful… modern with fantastic counterspace and a dream shower with great water pressure! There is also an in room fridge , a lounging chair, excellent Wi-Fi and although the breakfast room is small it serves up a delicious buffet breakfast which is included! To make the experience a complete dream, the staff is friendly, attentive and incredibly accommodating! Don’t judge a book by its cover… this was indeed a luxury accommodation!

Short Walk to Old Town

The building was a bit sketch but the floor and rooms are very modern and clean. The service was top notch. The breakfast provided was excellent with a variety of choices. I would stay here again.

Even before our arrival, the communication and assistance from Skaline were excellent. The team helped facilitate the needs of our group without hesitation. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived later than expected, but clear instructions were provided, allowing us to access the building with ease. The rooms were beautifully decorated, each with its own unique design, and the bathrooms were spotless. A number of thoughtful amenities were provided for the duration of our stay. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep, and the robes were a lovely touch. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared daily by a friendly and accommodating chef who was always happy to help. The reception staff were an absolute delight, attentive, helpful with any requests, and even arranging a lovely birthday surprise for one of our guests. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location with a local supermarket next door, and leas than 10mins walk to the main area, harbour, palace, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend Skaline and would happily stay here again.

The receptionist crew was super friendly and helpful, the lady in the kitchen was amazing. Everyday in my 30 minute breakfast room was cleaned thanks to housekeeping.

Modern & Clean Room

Whilst our stay was short it was a perfect base in Split. The service was very friendly and they were responsive in queries ahead of our stay. The room was modern, clean, and had the required amenities. Breakfast was plentiful and great to see an effort towards being a sustainable stay.

Quiet clean accommodation in convenient location, a short walk from local bus station and easy walk into center of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good choice of food on breakfast buffet, but we were slightly disappointed it was all cold, except for eggs which could be cooked however one wanted them. Coffee & tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.

The area is not the most pretty. It is not unsafe, but there are many trash containers that smell really bad, and the entrance to the hotel is in the middle of a passage way that is barely signaled. The rooms are in the first floor, but you can only reach them through stairs. No elevator available. We didn't mind this, but it should be clearly indicated when booking the rooms. The rooms are very nice, good space, and a balcony/terrace very useful to sit in the night. Very friendly staff. Breakfast with limited options (e.g., no scrambled eggs?)

Hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were wonderful, polite and very helpful. Located not that far from the town would definitely stay again. Very good for families. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of selections and could also get stuff cooked by the chef who was very friendly as well.

Enjoyable stay and convenient location

It is a new hotel, very close (under 10 mins) from the town center. Clean and modern looking. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I went for a trip to dubrovnik, I was leaving too early for breakfast so they were kind enough to prepare me a packed lunch to take with me instead. I'd recommend this place.
