Good at handling problem

Accommodation experienced a double booking problem. They reaccomodated us in a better quality apartment nearby. This is a good example of excellent customer service.

Porta Orientalis was comfortable, beautifully decorated and included multiple amenities from cookware to shampoo to bathrobes. It's central location provided easy access to the market and the Diocletian Palace. Located on a narrow side street, the double pane windows kept out what little noise there was at night and with easy access to fresh fruit, a bakery and grocery stores we ate breakfast in the room and could easily have prepared other meals. A laundromat was just outside the Silver Gate. This was by far the best place we stayed during our three weeks in Croatia and Slovenia!
