We had an amazing time staying here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly & helpful, and it’s also perfectly located within the old city of Split - making it very accessible and easy to come in and out throughout the day if needed. Would definitely recommend

Extremely Friendly and welcoming hosts.. Nancy, Domonic & everyone else were amazing!! We cannot praise the hotel staff enough for the genuine kindness and hospitality they gave us.. Fantastic staff - clean , beautiful rooms. Staff were amazing - walked out to meet us after we got lost in narrow streets , carried our bags to our rooms up the stairs (no lift due to old building )breakfast was amazing !! Nothing but compliments from us about this property, it’s location and it’s wonderful staff.

Amazingly convenient location. Walkable to all the possible tourist attractions. Great top 10 restaurants in the area. Staff at the hotel is very very welcoming and helpful. Experience from checkin and checkout was simple and efficient. Rooms were excellent. Quiet and clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Good choices and quality food. Home made hot breads (buns) are must haves, included in breakfast. I must say that whole experience at split was amazing becs we got this great hotel where we could fill ourselves in the morning, go around split worry free, and get home like feeling when come back.

We stayed 3 nights at the Aspalathos Residence and all expectations met. Location made everything walkable, for example the waterfront (Reva) was 5 minutes, the Palace was maybe 7-8 minutes. Most important was the staff. They all made us feel great and truly enjoyed their work.

Fantastic experience in hotel Aspalathos Residence

Fantastic location near the old town, excellent staff was so helpful. Breakfast was perfect, seldom similar level breakfast is available in hotels. Atmosphere was intimate. I really recommend this hotel. Best regards Juha and Virpi from Finland.

We stayed at Aspalathos for 10 nights in late August/early September and would highly recommended it. The residence is in a great location in old town Split and easily accessible to restaurants, cafes, shops, the port and beaches. It was though the hospitality of the staff, especially Senka, Fran and Tatjana that sets it apart; they were all incredibly helpful and friendly and made the stay like being at home. The room was clean, good size and had effective air conditioning. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning. I would recommend Aspalathos as a place to stay in Split.

I would stay there again and again

A delightful hotel run by a delightful and friendly team. Tatiana couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were charming and beautifully renovated and the food in the restaurant was good.

Best hotel in Split

Clearly enjoyed our stay with this hotel, only parking was a challenge but you will be happy once you arrive. All of the staff and from the restaurant was so warm to us and very accommodating to all our needs. Next time we visit Split, this will be our 1st choice ! The room was generous in size, the king size bed was fantastic and comfortable. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise and uber modern. See you soon !

The stairis non stater for our old age people and hauling luggage’s upstair is murder. The assistant manager complained our attitudes and manner. Maybe we old people demand a little more services. But we are paying premium price for a low grade hotel. Very disappointing
