"This property has definitely seen better days. When you enter the lobby, you’re immediately hit with an overwhelming scent, clearly trying to mask something unpleasant. When I opened the door to my room, I was in shock—and honestly, fearful. I couldn’t believe they would rent this room to anyone. The carpet was filthy, the accent chair was covered in stains and what looked like bodily fluids, and the coffee pot was dusty. The bathroom door and even the pictures on the wall had spills on them. The lamp shades were so old they had age spots, and every lamp was missing its finial. One lamp was even leaning against the wall. I should have paid more attention to previous reviews. I spoke with the front desk, but the manager never contacted me. Customer service told me I would get a refund, but now I’m being told I have to contact the franchise directly. This company is deceptive and does not stand by its word. I will be providing pictures of this room. Avoid this hotel."
