"We didn't use the kitchen. The room was exceptionally clean the hotel receptionist was warm, courteous and above all extremely helpful she managed to obtain a clothing trolley for us"

"Location of this hotel is central with walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Hotel room is clean and fairly good value. Staff is nice and helpful. However, Invercargill is too depressing in winter. Will never come again "

"The room was very cleaned and spacious. We even had an in-room washer and dryer! That is very impressive. We didn’t choose breakfast because it was too expensive and we didn’t want big breakfast. But there are a lot of breakfast options nearby. There is a small problem of the shower in our room. The floor seems lower on the other side. The shower is half open (no door). Once water comes out, the entire bathroom floor, including the carpet right outside of the door, is wet. The next day, we were extremely careful when using the shower and it was OK. "

"We enjoyed our stay with the friendly welcome on arrival good location comfortable bed and nice lounge with heating and set up kitchen. I would definitely recommend the motel to stay and if we come back I would stay again."
