「Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation. It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room.」

「Very modern and comfortable property with a beautiful vista of the lake. There was street parking available, but not a lot of it. The area is typical urban Minnesota, with some good restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short trip to the tourist area near the water.」

「A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place」

「We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed.」

「This was a very cute hotel! Nice deco and close to Canal Park. It would have been nice to have a top sheet for the sofa bed. There may be people who don’t use one but us seniors do. Please put one on the bag for next time.」

「The price of our room was the biggest disappointment. If I pay 300.00 I expect an updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Also, there were ants in our room, in one of the beds and on the desk top. When we checked in somehow they showed our reservation was cancelled, but I had my printout of the Expedia reservation and they found a room for us. The staff was friendly. They need to remodel everything in the room and the bathroom vent didn't keep the moisture away. We felt like we couldn't wait...

「Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.」

「We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. If you're sensitive to sound. Would reccomend bringing earplugs to use for sleeping. The continental breakfast was great. They have a...

「Had a room on the 2nd floor and they did not have an elevator. Besides that, the place was great!」

「A well appointed, nice room. Liked the historical nature of the hotel. However, the bed was most uncomfortable. Very hard to get a good nights sleep as I have a bad back and knees. Also, though the bathroom was spacious, the shower was so small I could barely turn around in it.」
