"This hotel would have no complaints at a different price point.. Like maybe $89 to $99; but at $187 you expect updated faucets, showers heads, tub drain, doors, heating/cooling units, beds, sheets, etc. "

"A mixed review about this property. The in-room kitchen facilities were mediocre but definitely served the purpose. The counter top was stained with something that I couldn't get off so that was unpleasant looking. The fridge was spotless and the dishes/cookware were adequate. The sitting/TV room was dismal and dark, but having a separate bedroom area was great. The bathroom was clean and towels were eventually replaced the following day which was nice. The elevator is rickety and creepy and smelly. It's the kind of elevator that you don't want to see anyone in when the door opens. The third floor smelled strongly of marihuana despite the non-smoking policy. There were a lot of tradesmen staying there so this seemed more like an apartment complex than a hotel. The location, however, is PERFECT. The shopping is amazing around there. So take the good with the bad and call it a day. "

"The room itself was clean but the lobby itself was not very clean. The owner was arguing with a customer in the lobby while we were having breakfast. He was very rude and loud about the issue. "

"Staff was great and very helpful. The property is clean and well maintained but could use a bit of an upgrade. However we stayed on the bottom floor and the people above us and to the side of us was so noisy and disrespectful. We complained but got no resolution even tho the staff spoke to them. But overall it was a wonderful experience and we were close to all the restaurants, shopping centers etc.. "

"Warning!! Don’t choose this one. There was no hot water, even after changing to a new room. The electric went out and when it came back on, there was no TV. They are under construction and changing hands so they said a bad review wouldn’t even matter. The rates are mid range and up, we weren’t looking for an economy deal when we chose this hotel. We chose wrong, don’t make the same mistake. "
