「Check-in is at the splendid hotel up the street. Once you check in, they drive you to Hotel La Palme in a golf cart. That was quite fun! Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available. 「Wonderful hotel in the heart of Riva Del Garda. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning. The only inconvenience is that there is no onsite parking and we had to find offsite garage which was difficult at times because it is peak season with lots of visitors!! 」

「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious.
